- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bank Manager (Branch Manager) removed debit card from account because it was 'rarely' used. Call to support yielded a vague promise of "we may call back later today with resolution". Two messages via bank's secure messaging center have been UNANSWERED. This card is for occasional access to cash so it's not a killer but removing card with no advance notification and providing no channel for resolution? On top of this - the process to change PIN on a new debit card was laborious at best - and this from a bank that touts themselves as a leader in technology?By Justin Case, July 21, 2017
