  My rating is based on a phone call I made to Allison, I have had no other experience with her other than this phone call. I am a first time home owner and was giving Allison a call to inquire about what renovations would be the best investment for the home if I were to sell it down the road. I am green to home owning and wanted to know what would be the best use of my money when it comes to investing in renovations. I used google and I saw that she was a real estate consultant and decided to give her a call. She answered very abruptly, so much so that I had to ask if I had the correct phone number. I explained to her what I was looking for and she said I should go through my agent. I let her know I did a broker transaction and didn't care for the sellers agent, which at that point she said there was no incentive for her and hung up on me, end of conversation!! I wasn't looking for a handout, it does say real estate consultant and I was looking for advice and willing to pay for that advice. But the tone and the way she handled the conversation was extremely rude. And if what I was asking wasn't in her line of work, she could have politely let me know instead of saying there's no incentive for her and hanging up on me. Pretty shocked since she has a 5 star rating. Guess if I were selling my house it would be a different story but that was my short, abrupt experience with Allison.
