  I came in on a Saturday at 1:00 to get help with an auto loan. Dustin, the branch manager, was the one assisting me. Due to several issues that came up, this process took two hours instead of the one that we believed it would take. Throughout the process I got nothing but great help. Dustin stayed an hour past closing to help me secure the loan, and also noticed I wasn't using a credit card that would give me returns and rewards. He then stayed several more minutes to discuss credit card options with me. Dustin's willingness to stay after closing and help me with my first auto loan allowed me to pick up my car later that day. I am extremely grateful, and I would recommend this bank to anyone.
