- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Maintenance is great and the grounds are kept nice. But the office staff is extremely rude and will nickle and dime you any chance they get. We have had cockroach issues here as well. The apartments are no where near sound proof, especially now that they allow dogs. The bottom apartments have a musty smell to them that never seems to go away.By John Enos, March 24, 2018
